Since joining Stratascorp Technologies in May of this year, I’ve noticed everyone part of the team has done an exceptional job. The onboarding process with very smooth, quick and easy. It seemed like everyone was on the ball even during this COVID situation. I rarely had any issues but if I did, I would reach out to the Project Administrator (Natalia). She was always quick to reply with an answer or help even though she’s stateside and I’m in Okinawa, Japan. She is always there for any questions or concerns I may have as well. Their Human Resources Director (Pat) also does a great job with explaining to me all the great benefits Stratascorp provides and he has provided me with a letter of employment in a timely manner. Once I joined, I noticed immediately everyone in the workplace is very kind and helpful. Everyone works together as a team and we all really motivate each other. I believe this is due to the great leadership by the OCONUS Lead (Mitchell Osborne). He’s been very straightforward, helpful and kind to me and all the other Stratascorp employees ever since I met him. It’s definitely a great company to work for and a great environment to be around. Everyone has done a phenomenal job since I joined. – Ghassan Al-Omari
