StratasTech will be responsible for providing on-site Task Order support located at Stuttgart, Germany to assist United States Marine Forces Europe and Africa (MARFOREUR/AF) in the fielding, deployment, installation, and transition of the MCEDS (Marine Corps Enterprise Desktop System) WIN10 SHB (Secure Host Baseline) EUD (End User Device) image under the current DXC Technology – Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract. U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa provides the only continually assigned Marine component in support of U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command’s mission to promote regional security, maintain proven partnerships and interagency cooperation, and deter and defeat transnational threats.

MARFOREUR/AF leverages rotational expeditionary Marine forces, like Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa and Black Sea Rotational Force, and pre-positioned capabilities, such as the Marine Corps Pre-positioning Program-Norway, to reassure allies and maintain strategic access while supporting rapid response to crises and contingencies throughout the continents of Europe and Africa, by direction of the combatant commands. Currently StratasTech supports MARFOREUR/AF with Information Technology services for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) Detachment and Marine Information Technology Support Center – Europe (MITSC-EUR).
